Current Prices

PRICES SHOWN ARE FOR THE WHOLE APARTMENT PER WEEK (*) (NOT PER PERSON)

An additional charge of £15 per person per stay is charged for the bed linen and towel hire package (We are transparent with our prices, to keep your cost as low as possible. Ask other Holiday Home owners if they do this when booking?)

A Non-refundable deposit of 35% is required on reservation and FULL payment is required a minimum of TWELVE weeks prior to the stay.

A refundable security deposit of £70.00 GBP per booking (not per person like most renters) is also required

Special rates are available for stays of longer than one week

All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions as detailed on the booking form

Notes:

(*)  The week runs from Saturday to Saturday, however these may be open to negotiation. Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 10.30am (Unless prior agreement made)

(**) Over the Christmas and new year period prices are £425 GBP per week
